Should I bring my previous reports?

What should I do in an emergency, such as severe pain, fever or being unable to pass urine?
Go to the nearest hospital emergency department without waiting for an appointment.
How much water should I drink to prevent kidney stones?
The usual goal is enough fluid to pass about 2 to 2.5 litres of urine a day. For most people this means roughly 2.5 to 3 litres of water daily, more in hot weather or with heavy activity.
What is a PSA test and why does it matter?
PSA (prostate-specific antigen) is a protein made by the prostate. A blood test measures it and is a screening tool for prostate problems including prostate cancer. A raised value needs further evaluation; it does not by itself confirm cancer.
Is blood in the urine always cancer?
No. It is often caused by infection, kidney stones or an enlarged prostate. But because it can also be the first sign of a urinary tract cancer, it should always be evaluated without delay.
What are the common signs of an enlarged prostate?
Waking several times at night to urinate, a weak or slow stream, difficulty starting, and a feeling that the bladder has not emptied fully.
Do I need a referral to book a consultation?
A referral from your physician helps with clinical context but is not required. You can book directly through the contact page or by calling the clinic.
